Tomochichi Courthouse Annex

About this project

Addition of the Savannah United States Courthouse Annex for the Tomochichi United States Courthouse. The building, located in the historic district of Savannah, houses one United States Bankruptcy courtroom, as well as office space for United States Bankruptcy courts and the United States Probation Office. The design enables future conversion of the Probation Office to a second courtroom. The annex building is pursuing LEED Gold certification and SITES Silver certification.

Architectural acoustics include room acoustics, mechanical and electrical system noise control, and interior airborne sound isolation. Acoustical elements meet all the applicable design guidelines including the US. Courts Design Guideline, GSA’s PBS-P-100, and USAO.
